Our items are handmade which means not all are identical. Each piece is unique and cannot be replicated, this is the magic of handmade items.

Please allow 2-8 days for fulfillment and arrival. Orders placed on Friday will be fulfilled on Monday.

Local pick-up is available at checkout at no additional charge. Contact us to schedule a time for pick up.

We are not responsible for shipping delays.

For our barro items $100 insurance is included, but additional insurance can be purchased if you wish.
